4、 Precautions for LED light belt during maintenance
1. Anti static: because LED is a static sensitive element, if the LED lamp belt is not properly maintained, it will burn the LED and cause waste. It is important to note that the anti-static soldering iron must be used for the soldering iron, and the maintenance personnel shall also take anti-static measures (such as wearing static ring and anti-static gloves, etc.)
2. Continuous high temperature: LED and FPC, two important components of LED light belt, are products that can not be sustained high temperature resistance. If FPC is at high temperature or exceeds its temperature, it will bubble the film of FPC, which will cause the LED strip to be scrapped. At the same time, LED can not withstand high temperature continuously, in high temperature time, its chip will be burned by high temperature. Therefore, the soldering iron used in the maintenance of LED lamp belt must be temperature controlled soldering iron, and the temperature should be limited to a range, and it is forbidden to change and set arbitrarily. In addition, even so, it is also necessary to note that during maintenance, the soldering iron should not stay in the LED foot for more than 10 seconds. If the time is exceeded, it is likely to burn the LED chip.
3. Short circuit: many LED lamp belt is poor because of short circuit at the foot position. Before maintenance, it is necessary to find out the reason. Otherwise, after replacing the defective led, the circuit of the LED will continue to be broken down by short circuit current when the LED is powered on again.
